Read your organisation's documents.

Browse, search and download the documents your organisation has published, alongside the chat.

What Documents is #

Your ismee has two sides. Chat answers your questions. Documents is a library of the same approved knowledge, written up so you can read it.

Use the Chat / Documents switch at the top of the app to move between them. If you don't see the switch, your administrator has turned the library off for your workspace.

Finding what you need #

The index lists every document your administrator has published, grouped by category. Anything without a category sits under General. Each entry shows a title, a short excerpt and when it was last updated.

Use the search box to search both titles and content. Results show whether the match was in the title or the content, with a snippet so you can see the context.

Reading a document #

Open a document and it appears in your organisation's branding. A toolbar stays with you as you scroll, with All documents to go back, the title, and Download PDF.

On a wide screen, an On this page outline lists the sections. Click any heading to jump to it. Links inside the document work too, and a back to top button appears once you have scrolled down.

Downloading a PDF #

Download PDF gives you that document as a branded A4 PDF, with your organisation's name and the document title in the header, and page numbers and the export date in the footer. It is an ordinary PDF, so treat it like any other document you download.

If something isn't there #

Only documents your administrator has chosen to publish appear here. Some knowledge is deliberately kept out of the library while still being available to the assistant, so if you can't find something, try asking in Chat, or speak to your administrator.
